Make sure you get all of the valuable Heart Centered Relationship Advice and Techniques info from me by doing two quick things.
#1: Check your bulk/junk/spam folder and look for any of my emails that may be in there. If they end up there, check the “Not Spam” or “Mark as Safe” button. This will tell your email account that you would like to receive my emails regularly.
#2: Add me to your contact list or address book. This will insure that you recieve all future emails from me.
If you are unsure of how to do this, just click your email provider below to get step by step instruction of how to do this.

#1: Got to your spam folder
#2: Check all messages you wish to mark as not spam
#3: Click the “Not Spam” button just above messages
Add To Address Book
#1: messages in inbox
#2: Right click messages and click on “Add To Contacts” near the bottom.
#3: On the screen you are brought to simply click “Save”.
#1: While viewing a message sent from Yintegrity, select “Add Sender” or click the “Add” icon.
#2: The Add To Address Book window will apear with Yintegrity in the name and “Brandon@yintegrity.com” in the email.
#3: Click “Yes”.
#1: Go to your spam folder
#2: Select all messages from Yintegrity in the spam folder and then click the “Not Spam” button.
#3: Go to your inbox and open a message from me.
#4: In the upper right hand corner of the message, click the pull menue that looks like a tiny upside down triangle to the right of Reply.
#5: Click “Add Yintegrity To Contacts”
#1: Go to your Junk E-Mail folder
#2: Select all messages from Yintegrity and then click “Not Junk” on the light blue navigation bar.
#3: Go to your inbox and open up a message
#4: While viewing the message click the “Save Address” button on the light blue navigation bar
#5: Click “OK” to add address.
#1: Click on the “Junk” E-mail folder.
#2: Right Click on one of my messages
#3: Hover over “Junk E-mail”
#4: Click on “Add Sender’s Domain To Safe Senders List”
#5: Open one of my messages
#6: Double click the email address by “From” to highlight the email address
#7: Right click the message in the upper left-hand corner.
#8: Click “Add To Contacts” in the new menu that pops up.
#9: In the new window that appears, click “Save and Close”.
#1: Click on the “Junk” E-mail folder.
#2: Right Click on one of my messages
#3: Hover over “Junk E-mail”

#5: Click the “Add To Address Book” in the “From” row next to the sender email address.

#2: Select all emails from Yintegrity by checking each box next to each email
#3: Click “Not Spam” above
#4: Go to Inbox
#5: Right click on a message from Yintegrity and choose “Add to Contacts”
#6: A new screen will pop-up and just click “Save”.
#1: Go to the Junk folder.
#2: Open an email from me.
#3: Click “Mark As Safe”.
#4: Go to your inbox.
#5: Click “Options” in the upper right hand corner.
#6: Under Junk E-mail or Mail Handling, click “safe and blocked senders”
#7: In the next window that comes up, click “safe senders”.
#8: Ad this domain: yintegrity.com
